Universal Vegas mechanism is the most recent technical achievement in the window shutters which is characterized by reliability, simplicity of assembly and service and the ease of mounting the operating chain. Mentioned mechanism is used in each line of Vegas products.

What does distinguish Vegas mechanism?

Fundamental advantage of universal Vegas mechanism is the way of positioning and installation towards the side plate of the roller blind. The mechanism is situated in the exterior part of the side plate which is the place of its positioning at the same time. Thanks to that, mechanism is very easy to install during manufacturing process and to disassemble during the service. The positioning on the exterior part of the plate mentioned above makes the mechanism independent of the width of the tube e.g. even if we cut shorter tube by one centimetre it will not influence the mechanism functioning. Moreover it will not change the angle of the place from which is coming out the operating chain towards mechanism's casing. It is very easy to equip universal Vegas mechanism with operating chain. That work does not demand any tedious acts and it is not necessary to dismantle mechanism for pieces. The universal Vegas mechanism is made of construction materials with improving additions which cause that it does not waste during the interaction with metal elements (the braking spring is made of steel). The side plate collaborating with mechanism is also made of construction materials but with properties of the rubber . It enables installation / disassembly without worry that holding elements will get practise. That mechanism is used in each system from the line of Vegas products.
